Our standard turnaround is 5 whole working days plus additional delivery time following the receipt of an order and artwork for printed items.
If you have a more urgent deadline than this, we can often provide an express turnaround service which in most cases will enable your order to be despatched on a faster basis. There is a surcharge for all orders produced on this fast-track service and typically this is charged at £25 each for smaller stands such as banner stands or £100 each for larger multi-panel pop up stands. If you have an order for multiple stands and require a fast-track turnaround then we may offer a discounted express charge for this service, please call to discuss your requirements.
Delivery Costs and Options
- Standard Delivery – We offer a fixed price flat-rate delivery cost of £15 plus vat via next working day courier to any mainland UK address. The delivery cost is fixed regardless of order quantity.
- Same Day Delivery – For urgent deliveries, rush orders or for orders that contain goods which are not practical to ship overnight, we can arrange for a same-day courier to delivery from our premises direct to an address of your choice. If you require a same day delivery then you should contact us prior to placing your order in order that we can obtain an accurate quote for you.
- International Delivery – Using our international shipping accounts, we can arrange for delivery of your order worldwide. You should contact us prior to placing your order with the full address and details of your order so we can obtain an accurate quote for you.
Please note, that although our couriers are usually very reliable, we do not offer guarantees or insurance for losses or consequential losses caused by late deliveries. We can, however provide you with tracking numbers and contact details for your delivery after we have despatched it and of course, offer help and assistance in tracking your order in the unlikely event that a problem may occur.
